Welcome

We are committed to providing you with excellent service and quality products. All of our Collection is fairly traded by purchasing directly from the Artisans themselves in an effort to support and preserve traditional handicrafts that are threatened with extinction. All of our products are handmade by Master Artisans and all the ceramics are hand painted, lead free, food safe and need to be hand washed. Some of our products come with a written guarantee by the Artisans themselves. We sincerely want you to experience the spirit and beauty of Andalucia with your purchase.

We are Sandra and Miguel Loré Schurman. We are available for any questions and we welcome your comments. We are located in Kingston; Ontario, Canada.

How to Order

You can place an order with us using this web site, by telephone, or by email.

Web Site

Simply navigate to the product you would like to purchase and click the 'add to cart' button. Once you are finished adding products to your shopping cart, click the checkout button.

Email

If you would like to order by email then write out your order in detail and include your address information and your phone number. We will then confirm your order with you before we ship.

Order Tracking

You can track the status of your shipped order by using the shipping reference number issued during the checkout process. Tracking the shipping status of your order involves using the courier's web site - which one is dependant on which shipping method you chose during the checkout process.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 2 or 3 business days. Shipping options include Canada Post and United Parcel Service (UPS) based on estimates given by both companies at the online check-out. We will pay for all packing materials and we will pay to insure your product with your chosen shipper. We will e-mail you when your purchase has been sent out, with tracking information and estimated time of arrival. We ship throughout North, Central and South America.

Please note: for a quick and easy estimate of shipping costs to your location, simply go to checkout and follow the directions until you reach the shipping page, where our simple and free online estimator will provide you with a reliable estimate.

Returns and Exchange Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund through initial payment method or we will replace or exchange with another item. Security and Privacy

Our web site makes use of a secure server during the checkout process. We request only the information that is required for payment and shipping and contact in the case of confirmation or order notification. Your credit card information is not stored on our computer. Al Andalus values all of our customers and respects your privacy.

All information collected is used to improve our relationship with you. We send you an email to inform you that your order has been sent. If you wish to be informed of new arrivals, sales, promotions and other services, please indicate with your email address at check-out.
